Fourtress is a same-gender team of 4 fitness event located on the Lloyd Elsmore hockey turf in East Auckland.
A Strength & Condition fitness competition outdoors.
From Novice (First timer) to RX (The elite athlete) this ones for you.
Get your team together and lets get to work!
*Please note - Master | All masters athletes must be over the age of 35yrs to participate in this division but must fit the criteria of the combined total age of 160 years or more.
